Ma’al (MAY-all) – Also known as the Black; Ma’al have a reputation to torture and destroy physical creatures, stripping them of their ciiom’m and transferring that magical energy into pure Oer for use in the service of the Hman-Iala.
Elmaghi (EL-mage-HE) – peaceful philosophers and teachers, the tauric Elmaghi were the main people constructing shelters for the Fall. And they were the first to leave the shelters to determine if everything was indeed safe.
Samada (SAM-ah-DAH) – desert-dwelling tribes, master merchants. They are an extremely friendly people know to come to the aid of others lost within Incrate’s Fell or other desert environments
Jminlii (jim-LEE) – an aquatic race, one comfortable on land as well. They resemble anthropomorphic hammerhead sharks with two to six tentacles that aid in capturing prey. They are fiercely independent but not antisocial.
Saobulu (SAU-bu-loo) – another aquatic race, these cephalopods have their head centre mass featuring one massive eye surrounded by tentacles. Though they have adapted to life on the surface, they jump into water whenever they can. They have a guarded demeanour but they are known to be extremely sociable around friends and family. They are also known to be perhaps the best mien in terms of judgement of character.
Valkosi (val-KOS-see) – spider-like creatures with around thirty limbs, each designed for climbing and fine manipulation with claw like hands. They can retract their stalks and compound their size, allowing them to hide phenomenally well. They can manifest very powerful psionic effects.
Rujuut (ROO-JOOT) – an odd see-through sack containing all organs, finned by four thin wings and a number of tentacles to manipulate and interact with the world around them. Despite their physical appearance, they are very social and can make very loyal allies. The opposite is true as well, antagonism will earn ire and a life-long foe. They also have uncanny extra-sensory perception that can detect a physical creature through up to 3 unis of intervening material.
Kehf (KEF) – Before, the Kehf ruled the largest kingdom across all of Adeaia. The resemble primates with three powerful tails. Kehf do not work well with others unless they are in a position of leadership. They can accept others as leaders only if they prove themselves a capable alpha persona.
Vhouj (VOHZ) – a hivemind entity comprised of pure arcane energy (ciiom’m). They are always encountered in pods of five. They seem to have only one goal – the destruction of all living things across Adeaia. Some say that the Vhouj were on Adeaia Before, but no one can prove or disprove this conjecture.
Benuice (ben-YOU-is) – large deer-like creatures akin to the majestic Unicorn of our own myth. Benuice have three heads and can cause fatigue at range in order to protect themselves. Antlers are either on both the outside heads or only on the centre head. They also have very powerful arcane abilities such as divination, healing, aura perception and are absolutely fearless. Benuice are know to help stranded explorers and other wounded or sick creatures.

Ashithaan (AHS-ee-thaun) – a portion of of furthest reach of Chi’s Path; Before, it was a wondrous jungle, filled with unknown structures, signs of worship just up to the Fall. What it might mean, no one known
Oer (OH-er) – natural measure of arcane potential. Oer is sacrificed in order to be able to cast spells or preform magic-like events. Like bonds with like – 1 oer from a frost giant plus 1 oer from pure white snow becomes two unis of of cold oer.
Unis (you-niss) a measure of height or weight. 1 hex is the base; and creature rendering X amount of Oer has gather one solid pound of the resources (This usually is a liquid, and it is “one hex”)
Hex – a unit of measure taken from the weight of a number relative to that of a Oer easy to take without harming the source; the source weight of Oer that can be renderer before a resource is rendered useless.
vas- a prefix for unis (equal 10 inches) and hex that indicates a larger than standard form of measurement. Vas-unis are roughly equal to a kilometre and vas-hex is roughly a metric tonne.
Hman-Iala – near-godlike beings beyond sentient understanding. It is said that there are four Hman-Iala and that they alone were the only thing that survived the Fall.
LOST – Logistic Oversight Territory, small shelters designed to be a long-term and secure facility for upwards towards five hundred individualizes. The shelter had been designed to maintain the LOST centres to last for three centuries. Having a central core of half-assed engineer could triple the durability far beyond than what might have needed.
